Returns & Refunds

Effective Date: OCTOBER 10, 2003

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note that the following conditions apply:

• Products must be returned in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
• Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

To request a refund, please contact us by email or phone and provide your order number and the reason for the return. We will process your refund once we receive the returned item. Please note that we do not accept returns on perishable items, custom-made items, or items sold as final sale.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the above policy.
